Author: knees and elbows is darker than the rest of my body when using Self Tanner?
I'm using Neutrogena Build-A-Tan Tanning Lotion without the sun and wonder how to use without elbows and knees looking darker than the rest of my body?
Because we do not have sweat glands in the knees or elbows to such an extent the rest of his body, which tend to be the driest areas of your body. This often causes the skin to turn dark over time, unless adequately hydrated. My best advice is to apply moisturizer to half an hour before using the self tanner. This must be done in stages, however: 1. Soak a cloth in hot water, then place it in the knee or elbow of Your Choice for about 5 minutes until they open the pores. Repeat for the rest of the body. 2. Apply a natural moisturizer Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion, rubbing into the pores of a good 30 seconds. 3. Wait for about 20 seconds for a bit dry / soak, then gently pat some the excess lotion. 4. Wait at least 10 minutes before doing anything with the spray Tan Lotion. This will ensure that your skin is well hydrated.
