What is the difference in suntan lotion with tinglers T45 and T40?

I've been tanning for a year at home and I tried some different lotions. I just bought Unforgiven by Swedish Beauty, has a tingler T40. I was looking at another lotion called them stunning and has T45. Is there a huge difference in tinglers T45 and T40?

Hardly any difference. The higher the number, the stronger is the pins and needles.
