exfoliated daily for months .. now have a red face What can I do ..?

I know this has been bad All Day to exfoliate as 3 months from now with this modern friction i purchased from home. Umm i finally learned that I was making my skin red and suffer from acne blochy a little now, but not as much as before now caz I'm drinking this tea, red clover, which have helped my acne a lot … but now I only have a red face, swollen and what should I do how long do you think will for my face to heal. it dosent hurt its just red exfoliating think is what made it …?? Thank you very much and oh ya Im going to stick makup remover to a soft smooth and exfoliate 2 times a week and not everyday .. that's good?

Hello ont exfoliating everyday is good for you and your use of a facial. You should only exfoliate once or twice a week and using a facial wash or cleanser and toner every day I hope this helps xxx
