Surely White Body

What bird is it? (description below)?

It has black and white feathers, like a chicken Dominecker. It has a white face without feathers, with a small red comb and a bit small and red below the peak in the neck. (I've seen all are females.) Has a longer body than a chicken, and does not look like a chicken. 3 of these came over to my garden. (I live in the country). They're just birds, so I do not care to chase them away. If they belong to the neighbors, who probably re on your own later. Anyway, my first thought was that the turkeys are of some kind. However, the last time I saw turkey was decorated in the face and head, and had a larger body. Oh, yes. The only sound I heard one that sounded something like a squeeky barn door with a very strong hinge oxidized. Not sure how much help, but … No, the sound was more like the old squeeky bed springs, when they bounce off. Tipki Flora, you're right. They are Indian. 10 points in a few hours. Thanks to everyone who responded.

Here's a better idea. At first I thought it might be a "Turk" but now I think I can be a guinea fowl.
